SHIPPING IS FREE.
You will usually receive your shipment within 4-7 weeks of receiving your order confirmation. For Individual /customized Jewellery Collections, the delivery time takes approx. 6-8 weeks, these are noted in the product details view. For specially made products, such as Wedding Rings, Handmade Bracelets and Diamonds, the delivery time can take between 6-8 weeks. R Diamonds and its partners do their best to meet this delivery deadline. In the event of delivery delays, we will inform you immediately.

Shipping is free of charge and will be delivered to addresses in Switzerland/all over the world.

What should I do if an item is missing or damaged upon delivery?
At R Diamonds, all products are rigorously and carefully inspected before the order is shipped. Quality is a top priority at R Diamonds. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Please note our conditions for returns and exchanges.
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To be on the safe side, the ordered goods can be returned or exchanged within 14 calendar days of receipt of the shipment. Any shipping costs incurred are to be borne by the customer. The returned goods must be in new original condition and must not show any signs of use. Please be careful not to remove attached labels and not to stain the products. Please send the goods back to us in their original packaging with label in order to provide optimal protection for the return. As soon as we have received your return and have been checked, you will receive a confirmation of receipt of the return from us by email. We will refund you within a few days.
